Sveiki, turbūt visi jau girdėjo pletkus, kad šiemet bus užbaigtas Didysis Teslakoilas. Trumpai papasakosiu, kaip jis buvo ir yra daromas.
Viskas prasidėjo prieš trejus metus. Pirmiausia suvyniojom 2m ilgio antrinę ritę ant 32cm skersmens kanalizacinio vamzdžio… Vyniojimas tada vyko greitai ir sklandžiai. Iš to malonumo paskui išvyniojom ir suvyniojom iš naujo.

Gražią, blizgančią ritę padengėme geltonu poliuretanu, kad nepramuštų tarp apvijų. Dengiant poliuretanu, šiek tiek per greitai sukome, ir iš Antrinės pradėjo darytis šakotis.

Tais metais dar buvo padaryta milžiniška Dėžė, į kurią įstatoma antrinė, kad nenukristų. Kadangi FiDi 39 artėjo nenumaldomai, o dar neturėjome visų reikalingų detalių ir medžiagų, buvo nuspręsta greičiau padaryti Mažąjį Teslakoilą, o Didysis liko miegoti Šaldytuve iki kitų metų.
Pernai darbai buvo atnaujinti. Pergalvojom visą koncepciją, nusprendėm daryti kieto kūno Teslakoila (DRSSTC), kuriam srovę junginėja ne kibirkšties tarpelis, o galingi IGBT tranzistoriai. Prie darbų prisijungė dėstytojas M.Viliūnas, kuris suprojektavo ir pagamino visą elektroniką, gavo tranzistorių, viską testavo.

Šitaip ant snarglių surinkta schema prieš pat FiDi 40 visai gražiai, o per FiDi ne visai gražiai veikė. Labai dažnai ir skaudžiai pramušinėjo kibirkštis tarp antrinės ir pirminės, pradegindama skyles poliuretaninėje dangoje, todėl šiemet nusprendėm padaryti pilvą tarp pirminės ir antrinės: žiedo formos indą, užpildytą alyva, kuri neleis vykti pramušimams. Viliūnas suprojektavo naują schemą, kuri greitu metu bus pagaminta. Nupirkti nauji tranzistoriai, kurie atlaiko 2.5 kA impulsinę srovę ir 1200V įtampą.
Šį savaitgalį darysime gipsinę formą minėtam pilvui. Jis pats bus iš kompozito.
Traukinukas
Dar tikriausiai girdėjote, kad šiemet bus levituojantis traukinukas, toks, kaip filmuke:
Turime jau krūvą magnetų, iš kurių bus pagaminti bėgiai. Bėgiai bus žiedo formos, 130×73 cm, 8cm pločio.

Bei superlaidininką – levitacinį diską, kuris laikys ore visą traukinį, pripildytą skysto azoto.

Superlaidininkas bus įtaisytas žaisliniame traukinuke, kurį paaukojo Lina Mikoliūnaitė.

Kadangi superlaidininkas levituoja tik kai yra atšaldytas skystu azotu, traukinuke turi būti šalčio neišleidžiantis rezervuaras, kad azotas greitai neišgaruotų. Rezervuare bus įmontuotas ir pats superlaidininkas.
